Nurses (i.e., Registered Nurse; Registered Practical Nurse) within the Great Northern Family Health team work with our team to provide care that promotes health and prevents disease.

Nurses work with you to assess your needs and work in collaboration to develop a plan of individual care emphasizing the patients’ central role in managing their illness.
