Telepsychiatry Clinic - Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN)

In order to enhance access and quality of care for our patients, as well as reducing wait times and unnecessary travel, we offer onsite Telemedicine services through the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN).

Telemedicine is the provision of health care by means of telecommunications and information technology.

​

Our TelePsychiatry Clinic allows individuals to be seen by a psychiatrist in real time through technological capability.  The individual presents at the Great Northern Family Health Team and we are able to connect remotely with the psychiatrist.
